  • It's all very simple about the Federal Income Tax. The tax does not exist as a mandate in subtitle A of Title 26 because of no one being "made liable" for tax.

  • Does anybody read all these comments? Read mine and understand some simple info. The IRS does not want people reading the Internal Revenue Code. However they expect you to understand sections 6001, 6011 and 6012.

  • Poor carpenter. If he only knew that he was not liable for any federal income tax being withheld from his winnings, he would have kept the entire amount awarded to him. The Internal revenue Code is proof that he had no "federal income" that was taxable.

  • When will you ever read and learn? The Constitution is your protection. The Federal Income Tax is governed by statutory law (The Internal Revenue Code aka United States Code, Title 26). Ignorance of the law causes millions to become a slave to a criminal government.
